An official reception and concert program were held at the Gulustan Palace to mark the professional holiday of the staff of the diplomatic service bodies of Azerbaijan.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reported that the event brought together high-ranking officials from the MFA and various state institutions, members of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly), as well as heads and representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Azerbaijan.
During the event, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Azerbaijan, Moroccan Ambassador Mohamed Adil Embarch, delivered speeches. They extended their congratulations to the diplomatic service staff and wished them success in their professional endeavors.
The speakers emphasized the critical role of diplomatic service personnel in implementing Azerbaijan's pragmatic foreign policy, as well as in advancing and protecting national interests on the international stage. The discussions highlighted key foreign policy achievements, future priorities, and the significant contributions of diplomats to the growing international prestige of the country.
It was noted that under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the diplomatic service bodies bear significant responsibilities in executing the nation's successful foreign policy strategy. The event concluded with a concert program.
