Repair work on a main water pipeline will disrupt supplies in parts of Baku’s Binagadi, Sabunchu, Khazar, Surakhani and Pirallahi districts, as well as in some areas of Absheron District.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reported the information, citing the Large Cities Water Supply Joint-Stock Company, which is part of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency.
According to the report, drinking water supplies are expected to be restored by tomorrow morning.
The company apologized to subscribers for the temporary inconvenience.
Water supply networks deliver treated drinking water to households and businesses, while repairs to main pipelines are carried out to maintain the system’s reliable operation.
