Administrative action has been taken against a TikToker who used obscene language during a live broadcast on TikTok.
Operative Information Center-OMM reported yesterday that bloggers using the names “raufizm” and “7_muxammed_7” had used obscene language toward each other during a livestream. The report noted that such broadcasts are also accessible to children and teenagers.
Məhəmməd Hüseyn Nasibov, using his “7_muxammed_7” account on TikTok, used obscene language while speaking with other bloggers during a livestream. His actions insulted public morality and showed open disrespect for society.
The matter was immediately taken under the control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

According to information obtained by Operative Information Center-OMM, police detained him over the incident and drew up a report under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences. The article covers actions that insult public morality and show open disrespect for society when publicly displayed on an internet information resource or information and telecommunications network. These include using immoral expressions, making gestures that create the impression of such content, or displaying parts of the human body in ways contrary to moral standards and national and moral values.
A court has just sentenced M. Nasibov to 10 days of administrative detention.
Thus, legal action has been taken over the obscene language used during the TikTok broadcast highlighted by the outlet yesterday, and an administrative measure has been imposed on one of its participants.
