“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that President Ilham Aliyev made the remarks at a restricted-format meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
“The large-scale events held in Laçın last year enabled our guests to learn more about the region’s rich and ancient history. Our guests witnessed first-hand its rapid revival, as well as the scale of the reconstruction work,” the head of state said.
