Germany head coach Jurgen Klopp has outlined his plans for the team’s future development.
Germany have made the worst start in their history under Klopp, collecting just one point from their first two matches.
Despite this, the German coach said he remained optimistic about the process ahead. Speaking at a news conference, he said the team would pose a serious challenge to any opponent.
“We will build a team capable of causing problems for any opponent. We are only just beginning this process. We want to return German football to where we all want to see it,” Klopp said.
Germany are among the most successful national teams in international football, having won the FIFA World Cup four times. The rebuilding process is intended to restore the team’s competitiveness and position it among the leading sides in world football.
