Four civilians, including a woman and a child, were killed in drone strikes by Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in the city of Dilling, South Kordofan state, a local medical group said on Sunday.
The Sudan Doctors Network said the strikes targeted residential areas and called on the United Nations and international humanitarian organisations to hold those responsible accountable.
The RSF did not immediately comment. Sudanese authorities and human rights groups have repeatedly accused the force of targeting civilians, an allegation it denies.
Clashes and civilian toll
Clashes between the Sudanese army and the RSF have taken place in North, West and South Kordofan states since October 2025.
On Aug. 24, the UN said 1,100 civilians had been killed in drone attacks in Sudan between January and June of this year.
Sudan has been at war since April 2023, when disputes over integrating the RSF into the regular military led to fighting between the force and the army. The conflict has killed tens of thousands of people and displaced about 13 million, according to UN and international estimates.
