"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu,

My Dear Brother,

It is with great pleasure that I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of your country's national holiday - Independence Day, and express my best wishes.

I would like to emphasize that under your wise leadership, significant changes and large-scale reforms are being implemented in Azerbaijan in all areas, the well-being and living standards of the people are rising, and major construction and improvement works are being carried out in the regions.

Recently, on your initiative, the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum was organized at a very high level and successfully in the beautiful and unique city of Baku. This is another bright indicator of Azerbaijan's growing influence and position in the international arena.

Of course, as a result of our joint and decisive efforts in recent years, we are highly satisfied with the rapid development of cooperation between our countries in political, economic-commercial, cultural-humanitarian, and other priority areas, as well as the elevation of strategic partnership and alliance relations to a completely new stage.

I am confident that the full implementation of the important agreements reached as a result of our regular fruitful meetings and mutual dialogue will serve to further strengthen our multifaceted relations.

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, taking this pleasant opportunity, I wish you long life, robust health, family happiness, and great success in your highly responsible state activities, and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan continuous peace, prosperity, and progress."

Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan share deep historical, cultural, and linguistic ties, which have strengthened into a strategic partnership in recent years. The two nations actively cooperate within various international organizations, including the Organization of Turkic States, fostering regional integration and economic collaboration.
