Deputy Foreign Ministers Yalchin Ilgar oglu Rafiyev and Samir Anvar oglu Sharifov have been awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this decision was formalized through a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev regarding the conferment of diplomatic ranks to employees of diplomatic service bodies.
