Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov visited the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent as part of his official visit to Uzbekistan.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the head of government was briefed on the complex's operations, the exhibitions on display, scientific and educational projects, and ongoing efforts to preserve the spiritual heritage of the Islamic world.

The Center of Islamic Civilization is recognized as one of Uzbekistan's major cultural and scientific hubs. It serves as a repository for materials reflecting the contributions of Central Asian nations to science, education, culture, and the development of Islamic civilization. During the visit, Prime Minister Ali Asadov explored exhibitions dedicated to the region's prominent thinkers, scholars, and theologians, and reviewed the modern digital solutions implemented within the center.

The Center of Islamic Civilization, initiated by the leadership of Uzbekistan, aims to serve as a bridge between the past and the future, promoting the rich historical legacy of the region on a global scale. It functions as both a museum and a research institution, fostering international academic cooperation.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov is currently in the capital of Uzbekistan to participate in the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum, a key event aimed at strengthening economic ties and attracting foreign investment to the region.
