Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev held a public reception for residents at the administrative building of the Khankendi City Prosecutor's Office, meeting with citizens from Khankendi, Aghdara, Khojaly, Khojavand, and Shusha.
According to the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office, as reported by Operative Information Center-OMM, the session focused on addressing legal concerns and ensuring the protection of citizens' rights in the liberated territories.
During the reception, 16 citizens raised issues regarding the investigation of specific criminal cases, alleged legal violations during evidence processing, and the protection of state prosecution in court proceedings. Additionally, appeals concerning civil disputes and social welfare matters were discussed. Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev issued immediate instructions to relevant prosecutorial departments and executive bodies to ensure the swift and objective resolution of these matters in accordance with the law.
Following the public session, Kamran Aliyev met with local prosecutorial staff to outline strategic priorities. He emphasized that subordinate prosecutors bear individual responsibility for the correct organization of citizen receptions and the impartial review of all applications. This initiative is part of Azerbaijan's broader efforts to restore judicial and administrative infrastructure in the Garabagh region, ensuring that residents have direct access to high-level legal oversight and state services as the region undergoes post-conflict reintegration and development.
