Florian Philippot, leader of the French "Patriots" party, has sparked significant international debate following a statement posted on the "X" social media platform. The politician directly blamed the political administration led by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for the recent explosion in Monaco, alleging that Ukrainian authorities have "crossed red lines" by engaging in dangerous activities that threaten European territories.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Philippot has demanded an immediate cessation of all French financial and military aid to Ukraine in the wake of the incident. Furthermore, he criticized the participation of Ukrainian Armed Forces representatives in the Bastille Day military parade held in France, arguing that such involvement is inappropriate given the current geopolitical tensions.

The explosion in Monaco resulted in three injuries, with authorities confirming that the victims are Ukrainian citizens. Preliminary investigations suggest that the attack may have targeted Ukrainian businessman Vadim Yermolayev. Monaco's Minister of State, Christophe Steiner, has characterized the incident as the first terrorist act in the principality's history, and an official investigation into the circumstances surrounding the blast is currently underway.
