The practice of creating joint investment platforms with friendly nations is developing systematically in Azerbaijan. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Prime Minister Ali Asadov made these remarks while addressing the V Tashkent International Investment Forum.
Prime Minister Ali Asadov highlighted that in the context of the ongoing transformation of the global economy, expanding international investment cooperation has gained particular significance. "In this context, joint investment funds serve as a crucial tool, ensuring the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of strategically important projects and the efficient pooling of financial resources. Based on this approach, Azerbaijan is consistently developing the practice of establishing joint investment platforms with friendly states," he stated.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the investment funds established in partnership with Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan have already become effective mechanisms for deepening economic partnerships and attracting investments into promising sectors. He further noted that combining efforts and strengthening investment cooperation will contribute to achieving shared goals, such as sustainable development and the prosperity of the respective nations.
The Tashkent International Investment Forum serves as a key platform for regional dialogue, bringing together government officials, business leaders, and investors to discuss economic integration and infrastructure development across Central Asia and the South Caucasus.
