Traffic congestion has been reported on several major roads and avenues in Baku, causing delays for commuters across the capital.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Digital Development and Transport Agency's Intelligent Transport Management Center (ITMC) has released the latest data on the current traffic situation in Azerbaijan's capital.
As of the latest report, heavy traffic is observed in the following areas:

- 8 November Avenue, from the intersection with Suleyman Ahmadov Street towards the city center.
The Intelligent Transport Management Center in Baku monitors traffic flow in real-time to optimize signal timings and provide updates to the public. Traffic density in the capital often increases during peak morning and evening hours due to the high volume of vehicles entering the city from suburban areas like Sumgait and the Absheron Peninsula. Authorities recommend that drivers use alternative routes where possible to avoid delays and ensure smoother transit through the capital's main transport arteries.
