Temperatures in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to reach up to 28 degrees Celsius tomorrow, according to the latest weather forecast. The weather is predicted to be partly cloudy and primarily rainless across the capital and surrounding areas.
The National Hydrometeorological Service informed the Operative Information Center-OMM that a mild south-west wind will prevail throughout the day. In Baku, nighttime temperatures will range between 13-17°C, while daytime highs will fluctuate between 23-28°C. Atmospheric pressure is recorded at 764 mm Hg, with relative humidity expected at 60-70% at night and 50-55% during the day.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, weather conditions will remain mostly dry. However, brief showers, lightning, and possible hail are anticipated in some mountainous districts during the daytime hours. Occasional fog is expected in various locations, accompanied by a mild east wind. Regional temperatures will mirror the capital's highs of 23-28°C, while mountainous areas will see daytime temperatures between 15-20°C, occasionally reaching 25°C.
Azerbaijan's climate is notably diverse, influenced by its unique geographical position between the Caspian Sea and the Greater and Lesser Caucasus mountain ranges. The National Hydrometeorological Service, which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, provides these regular updates to assist in the planning of agricultural activities and to inform the public about shifting weather patterns during the spring season.
