The registration phase for the 6th "Yukselish" (Ascent) competition, one of the most prestigious projects in the field of management in Azerbaijan, has officially launched today.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Farhad Hajiyev, head of the competition's Working Group, announced the start of the process during a briefing. He noted that over the past five years, the project has made significant progress in terms of both the number of participants and quality indicators, creating an objective development environment for thousands of candidates.
Registration for this year's competition will continue until April 16. Applications are being accepted through the official website of the competition, "yukselish.az". To be eligible for the registration stage, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 21 and 51 years old;
- Possess higher education;
- Have at least 2 years of management experience;
- Be citizens of Azerbaijan.
The "Yukselish" competition consists of six stages, including registration, a general knowledge exam, analytical testing, management skills assessment, semi-finals, and the final. Interested candidates can register by creating a personal account on the official website.
The "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019. The project aims to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual levels and management qualities to ensure the creation of a modern personnel reserve in Azerbaijan. Winners of the competition receive a one-year individual development plan from top-level mentors and a cash prize of 20,000 AZN to support their professional growth.
