A minor earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea, according to the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
As reported to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the seismic event occurred at 11:53 local time. The tremor registered a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter located at a depth of 18 kilometers.
