The western regions of Azerbaijan, characterized by their mountainous terrain, frequently experience early winter conditions. These areas are vital for the country's agriculture and seasonal tourism. The National Hydrometeorological Service typically issues warnings for such temperature drops to ensure that regional executive powers can prepare for potential impacts on energy supply and transportation networks during the winter months.
