Traffic congestion has been reported on two major routes in Baku, according to the latest update from the Intelligent Transport Management Center (ITMC).
As reported by the "Operative Information Center-OMM", the ITMC is actively monitoring the situation on the capital's road network to manage traffic flow and ensure public safety.
Current traffic conditions are as follows:
- 1st Lake Road: Heavy traffic is observed in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue.
- Ziya Bunyadov Avenue: Congestion is reported on the stretch from the intersection with Ahmad Rajabli Street to the intersection with Ataturk Avenue.
The Intelligent Transport Management Center, which operates under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, utilizes advanced surveillance and traffic signal control systems to optimize urban mobility in Baku. Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance and consider alternative roads to avoid delays during peak hours.
