Rain and snow have been recorded across various regions of Azerbaijan, with significant wind speeds reported in several districts. According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, as of 12:00 on April 25, precipitation has been observed in several areas, including snowfall in the mountainous regions of Dashkasan and Gadabay.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the highest precipitation levels were recorded in Agstafa and Tovuz at 5 mm, followed by Balakan and Shamkir at 2 mm. Other regions, including Ganja, Shaki, and Aghdam, recorded approximately 1 mm of rainfall. Strong north-westerly winds have also been a factor, with peak speeds reaching 28 m/s in Mingachevir, 25 m/s in Barda and Terter, and 24 m/s in Aghdam.

The National Hydrometeorological Service, operating under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, regularly monitors weather patterns across Azerbaijan to provide timely alerts for agriculture, transportation, and public safety. Such transitional weather patterns in April are characteristic of the country's diverse climate zones, which range from semi-desert to highland tundra. The intensification of wind speeds in the central regions often precedes shifts in temperature across the Absheron Peninsula and the capital, Baku.
