ABŞ İrana qarşı yeni sanksiyalar tətbiq etdi

The US administration has imposed new sanctions and expanded existing restrictions on a total of 12 individuals and entities from Belarus, Hong Kong, China, and Iran.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing a statement from the US Department of State, that the measures were implemented in response to allegations regarding the supply of mobile anti-aircraft missile systems to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

According to the US Department of the Treasury, two Iranian nationals, four Chinese citizens, and three Hong Kong-based companies have been added to the sanctions list. Furthermore, existing restrictions have been expanded to include an additional Iranian citizen, as well as two companies operating in Belarus and Iran.

US officials allege that mobile anti-aircraft missile systems were supplied from China to Iran, with a Belarusian company acting as an intermediary in the process. These sanctions represent a continued effort by Washington to disrupt the proliferation of military technology to Iran, which the US views as a significant threat to regional stability in the Middle East.
