Trampın gözlənilməz qərarı: Dünya Kuboku matçında olmayacaq

US President Donald Trump will not attend the opening match of the US national team against Paraguay, scheduled for June 12 in Los Angeles.

According to Operative Information Center-OMM, which cited a report by Politico, the absence of the US President from the high-profile game has drawn significant attention, given that the United States is co-hosting the FIFA World Cup.

Paraguayan President Santiago Pena has confirmed his attendance, announcing that he will travel to California on June 10 to watch the match from the stadium. Meanwhile, the US Department of State has confirmed that the official US delegation will be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Reports indicate that the US administration has faced various diplomatic and organizational challenges leading up to the tournament, including complex visa processing issues. The tournament, which features 48 teams, officially kicked off on June 11 and is being hosted across 16 cities in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The FIFA World Cup remains one of the most significant sporting events globally, historically serving as a platform for both athletic competition and international diplomacy.
