London Kiyevə yeni yardım paketi ayırdı

The British government has announced a new aid package for Ukraine, covering the restoration of energy infrastructure and military training sectors.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that this was stated in an official announcement published on the British government's website.

According to the report, the aid package includes an additional 20 million pounds ($26.9 million) for the reconstruction of the electrical grid and the provision of additional generation capacity. It was noted that London has allocated a total of more than 490 million pounds ($661.3 million) to support Ukraine's energy sector over the last four years.

Furthermore, 5.7 million pounds ($7.7 million) has been allocated for humanitarian aid to settlements near the front line. The package also includes the training of Ukrainian doctors by British military surgeons and the retraining of Ukrainian helicopter pilots as instructors.

The British authorities also announced the formation of a 70-person headquarters as part of the creation of multinational forces for Ukraine. It was reported that UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer will participate in a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Paris on February 24, convened at the initiative of Emmanuel Macron.

This support comes as Western allies continue to bolster Ukraine's resilience against ongoing infrastructure challenges. The United Kingdom remains one of the leading contributors of military and humanitarian assistance to Kyiv, maintaining a strategic partnership aimed at regional stability. These efforts are often coordinated with international partners, including the United States under the administration of US President Donald Trump, to ensure a unified diplomatic and logistical response to the ongoing conflict.
