İran ordusundan sərt bəyanat: "Geri çəkilməyəcəyik"

The commander-in-chief of the Iranian army has declared that the military struggle will continue, emphasizing that the nation will not yield to external pressures.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing the Tasnim news agency, that Lieutenant General Amir Hatami issued a statement regarding Tehran's stance on regional developments. Hatami underscored that Iran remains firm in its position despite ongoing operations and pressure from the United States and Israel.

"When our country and our dear people are attacked by the most criminal enemies, they will fight shoulder to shoulder until the last drop of blood and achieve a decisive victory," Hatami stated. The report further noted that significant disagreements persist in negotiations between the involved parties, with Tehran officially rejecting the extension of any unilateral ceasefire. This rhetoric comes at a time of heightened military readiness and diplomatic deadlock in the region.

The escalation of tensions follows a period of increased strategic friction in the Middle East. Under the administration of US President Donald Trump, Washington has maintained a rigorous stance on regional security and maritime stability. This geopolitical environment has been characterized by a lack of long-term agreements, as both Tehran and its adversaries continue to engage in a series of retaliatory measures and high-stakes diplomacy that impact the broader security architecture of the neighborhood.
