President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree appointing a new deputy minister of health.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Rufat Jahangir oglu Hajialibayov has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan is the central executive authority responsible for implementing state policy in the field of healthcare, ensuring the protection of public health, and organizing medical services across the country. Appointments to senior positions within the ministry are made directly by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, reflecting the government's ongoing efforts to streamline administrative structures and enhance the efficiency of the national healthcare system.
