The 20th session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states, held in Baku, has officially concluded.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the final session was chaired by Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) Rafael Huseynov. During the closing ceremony, participants reviewed reports from various OIC Parliamentary Union committees and finalized the text of the Baku Declaration.
Following comprehensive discussions, the assembly adopted the Baku Declaration, a document consisting of 28 articles, alongside several other key resolutions, marking the successful conclusion of the session. The event, which commenced on June 22, brought together more than 400 delegates from member countries to discuss regional cooperation, parliamentary diplomacy, and shared challenges facing the Islamic world.
