Traffic congestion in Baku often intensifies during peak morning and evening hours due to the high volume of vehicles entering the capital from suburban areas and neighboring cities like Sumgait. The Intelligent Transport Management Center continuously monitors these routes to regulate traffic flow and minimize delays through synchronized signaling and real-time data updates for drivers in Azerbaijan.
