Individuals suspected of stealing lottery tickets and various consumer goods from two markets located in the Binagadi and Khatai districts of Baku have been detained.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) informed Operative Information Center-OMM that as a result of measures carried out by police officers, I. Seyfullayev, A. Valizade, and M. Goyushov were identified and taken into custody on suspicion of committing the crimes.
Investigations revealed that the suspects stole lottery tickets, tobacco products, and alcoholic beverages with a total value of 3,159 manats from the commercial facilities. Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is continuing its investigation into the facts to determine the full extent of the criminal activity.
