A 48-year-old man has been detained by police officers for allegedly stealing cash and a mobile phone from a vehicle in the Yasamal district of Baku.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the stolen items included 650 manats in cash and a mobile phone valued at 790 manats. Following a series of operational measures conducted by law enforcement officers, the suspect, identified as R. Novruzov, was identified and taken into custody. It was noted that Novruzov had been previously convicted. An investigation into the incident is currently underway to determine all circumstances of the crime.
