According to Operative Information Center-OMM, citing FOX News, the letter addressed to Republican Senator Chuck Grassley detailed that the precision strikes were carried out under the president's direct orders against multiple Iranian targets.
President Donald Trump emphasized that the operations were executed without the deployment of US ground forces. The document highlighted that specialized planning was implemented to ensure that civilian casualties were kept to a minimum during the aerial campaign.
