Intensive negotiations between the United States, Iran, and international mediators regarding the implementation of a US-Iran memorandum of understanding continued throughout the night in Bürgenstock. According to information obtained by TASS, this was confirmed in an official statement released by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Swiss side has highly commended the recent surge in diplomatic activity between the two parties.

The ministry's official statement emphasized: "The Swiss coordinator welcomes the constructive progress achieved during the intensive diplomatic talks between Iran and the US that continued in Bürgenstock on the night of June 21-22."

Bern reaffirmed its readiness to continue supporting this process, which holds significant importance for regional and global security, in accordance with its long-standing tradition of "good offices and neutrality."

Switzerland has historically played a pivotal role as a diplomatic intermediary, often hosting high-level international summits and facilitating dialogue between nations with strained relations. The Bürgenstock negotiations represent a continuation of these efforts to de-escalate tensions and foster stability through direct diplomatic channels.
