The death toll from a series of coordinated terrorist attacks carried out by the separatist Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) in Pakistan's Balochistan province has risen to 33. Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Armed Forces, reports that the simultaneous strikes targeted 12 different locations across the region.
According to official statements, the victims include 18 civilians and 15 security personnel. In immediate response to the violence, the Pakistani military launched large-scale counter-terrorism operations, resulting in the neutralization of at least 92 terrorists, including three suicide bombers. Official sources confirmed that the attacks primarily targeted civilians and infrastructure in strategic districts such as Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Gwadar, and Pasni.
The wave of violence began in the early hours of the morning with a series of explosions and intense gunfire. Balochistan, Pakistan's largest province by area, has long been a flashpoint for separatist insurgency and regional instability.
