Temperatures in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to reach up to 24°C tomorrow, according to the latest weather forecast. While intermittent rain is anticipated in some areas, particularly intensifying during the night of the 21st to the 22nd, conditions are expected to become partly cloudy and mostly dry by the evening hours.
The National Hydrometeorological Service informed the Operative Information Center-OMM that a north-easterly wind will prevail in the capital. In Baku, nighttime temperatures will range between 15-17°C, while daytime highs will reach 20-24°C. Atmospheric pressure is set to rise from 757 mm to 762 mm Hg, with relative humidity fluctuating between 60% and 75%.
Across the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent precipitation is expected, with heavy downpours, lightning, and hail possible in specific locations. High-altitude mountainous areas may experience snowfall. Regional temperatures are forecasted at 14-17°C at night and 19-24°C during the day, while mountainous areas will see daytime highs of 12-17°C, reaching up to 22°C in certain spots.
Azerbaijan’s climate is notably diverse, influenced by its unique geographical position between the Caspian Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. The National Hydrometeorological Service, which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, provides these regular updates to assist in agricultural planning and public safety.
