Azerbaijan will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the principle of multilateralism in international relations, President Ilham Aliyev stated.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the head of state made these remarks while addressing a high-level meeting held in the "SCO Plus" format.
"Azerbaijan chaired the Non-Aligned Movement for four years until recently. The country will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the principle of multilateralism in international relations," the President noted.
Azerbaijan's active participation in platforms like the Non-Aligned Movement and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) reflects its strategic commitment to fostering dialogue and stability. By promoting multilateral cooperation, Baku aims to address complex global challenges, including economic integration, security, and climate change, while reinforcing its role as a reliable partner in the international arena.
