Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a stern statement regarding the future of the current ruling system in Iran.
According to information provided by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the remarks were released in an official statement from the Prime Minister's office.
Netanyahu made these comments late Monday during the farewell ceremony for Mossad chief David Barnea, where he addressed the current geopolitical situation involving Iran.
The Prime Minister stated that there are clear signs of weakening within the foundations of Iran's political system. "The foundations of this terrorist regime in Iran have cracked. It will never return to its previous state, and I tell you that it will eventually collapse," Netanyahu emphasized.
He further warned that any parties planning or preparing attacks against Israel would face severe consequences. Netanyahu added that Iran is already paying a significant price for its actions, and it is not excluded that this process will continue.
The ongoing tensions between Israel and Iran have escalated significantly in recent years, primarily due to Iran's nuclear program and its support for various proxy groups across the Middle East. Israel has consistently maintained that it will take all necessary measures to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, viewing such a development as an existential threat to the state.
