A joint tactical-special exercise involving electronic warfare units of the Azerbaijan Army and the Turkish Armed Forces has been held in Baku. According to information provided by the Ministry of Defense to Operative Information Center-OMM, the leadership of the ministry and other high-ranking officials observed the progress of the maneuvers on May 8.
Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov was briefed on the exercise's theme, its various stages, and the sequence of execution. During the drills, personnel practiced modern combat methods in coordination with different troop types, utilizing high-technology research to improve both theoretical and practical skills. The participants successfully achieved their objectives, demonstrating high quality in the execution of assigned tasks. The leadership of the Ministry of Defense highly praised the tactical-special activities of the units and the overall combat readiness of the personnel.
These joint exercises are part of a broader framework of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, aimed at ensuring regional stability and increasing the interoperability of their armed forces.
