Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has harshly criticized Washington following joint military actions by Israel and the United States against Iran.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Medvedev claimed the nuclear negotiations conducted by the United States with Iran were merely a "curtain" to hide true intentions. "The 'peacekeeper' (US) has once again demonstrated its true colors. All discussions held with Iran are nothing more than a 'cover operation' carried out before military intervention. In fact, no one intended to reach a real agreement, and this process was a pre-planned scenario from the beginning," Medvedev stated.
