Historically, such events in Japan have aimed to foster mutual understanding through the performing arts, music, and cinema, drawing significant interest from the local public and the international community. This 21st edition continues a long-standing tradition of bilateral cultural engagement, highlighting the enduring role of classical music and folk heritage in global cultural diplomacy.
