The Palestinian Health Ministry has released official data regarding the current situation in the Gaza Strip under the existing ceasefire.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that over the past 24 hours, five bodies and four injured individuals were brought to regional hospitals. Among the deceased, two bodies were recovered from under the rubble.
Since the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas took effect on October 10, the recorded figures are as follows:
- Number of deceased: 526;
- Number recovered from rubble: 717;
- Number of injured: 1,447.
The report notes that the total death toll since the start of military operations on October 7, 2023, has reached 71,800. The total number of injured during the conflict period is recorded at 171,555. Concurrently, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement escalating tensions with Iran, emphasizing that Tehran would face "unbearable consequences."
The humanitarian situation in the region remains a primary concern for the international community, with ongoing efforts to stabilize the ceasefire and provide essential aid to the affected population.
