“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the “Final Investment Decision on the full-scale development of the Absheron gas-condensate field between SOCAR, XRG and TotalEnergies” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, TotalEnergies President of Exploration and Production Nicolas Terraz, and Omar Al-Suwaidi, director of the Executive Office Directorate of ADNOC/XRG.
The “Framework Agreement on strategic partnership between SOCAR and Comstock Resources” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Comstock Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Roland Burns.
The “Memorandum of Understanding on strategic partnership between SOCAR and Apollo for investment in upstream development and production projects” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Apollo Managing Director Jonathan Barr.
The “Memorandum of Understanding between SOCAR and Securing Energy for Europe GmbH (SEFE) on cooperation in natural gas, LNG, energy security, energy infrastructure development and production projects” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and SEFE Managing Director Alexander Demidov.
The “Protocol on completion of the transaction for SOCAR’s acquisition of a 10% interest in the development project for the Baleine oil and gas field in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Seger Hoijtink, head of Eni’s Central Asia region.
The “Production Sharing Agreement between SOCAR and ExxonMobil on the exploration, development and production of unconventional hydrocarbon resources in Azerbaijan’s Middle Kura basin” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Kit Simpson, ExxonMobil’s global unconventional exploration manager.
The “Oracle Alloy Agreement, or the Main Terms Package, between SOCAR and Oracle” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Jason Rees, Oracle’s senior vice president for technology engineering in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The “Agreement on strategic cooperation between SOCAR and VNG” was exchanged by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Konstantin Herzog von Oldenburg, managing director of VNG AG.
The “Tripartite joint venture agreement between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund and India’s UFlex Group” was exchanged by Ulvi Mansurov, chairman of the board of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, and Ashok Chaturvedi, chairman and chief executive officer of UFlex Group.
The “Framework Agreement on strategic partnership and investment between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and Carlsberg Group” was exchanged by Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov and Nikos Kalaitzidakis, executive vice president of Carlsberg Group for Central and Eastern Europe and India.
The “Investment Agreement between the Alat Free Economic Zone Authority and Hong Kong Renteng International Trade Co. Limited” was exchanged by Valeh Alasgarov, chairman of the board of the Alat Free Economic Zone Authority, and Yang Xueren, chairman of the board of Hong Kong Renteng International Trade Co. Limited.

The forum brought together Azerbaijani state institutions and international companies for agreements covering energy, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing and investment cooperation. Such documents provide a framework for future projects and do not, by themselves, constitute announcements of completed production or construction activities.
