The current unstable weather conditions observed across Azerbaijan are expected to persist until April 7, according to official forecasts.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has issued a statement regarding the duration of the precipitation. The service noted that the unstable weather will continue in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula until the evening of April 6, while in the regions of Azerbaijan, these conditions are projected to last until the evening of April 7.
The National Hydrometeorological Service, a department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, regularly monitors atmospheric processes to provide timely alerts for the country. Such seasonal transitions in Azerbaijan often bring increased rainfall and fluctuating temperatures, which are essential for the country's water reserves and agricultural sectors but require public caution regarding potential localized flooding or slippery road conditions.
