Due to ongoing repair and construction works in Baku and the settlements of the Absheron district, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the movement of vehicles.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports this, citing the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
According to the official statement, the restrictions have necessitated the rerouting of 20 regular bus lines (numbers 22, 24, 35, 40, 49, 55, 57, 60, 76, 78, 105, 106, 113, 141, 185, 186, 191, 208, 209, and 213) passing through Yavar Aliyev Street in the Bakikhanov settlement of the Sabunchu district. These routes have been diverted to alternative streets and are expected to return to their regular schedules within one day.
Additionally, due to traffic restrictions on Jalil Mammadguluzade Street (the Mehdiabad-Pirshagi road) in the Mehdiabad settlement, the route for bus line 179 has been modified. For a period of one week, these buses will operate via Tabriz, Mahammadhusayn Shahriyar, 28 May, Fazil Ismayilov, and Mahammad Amin Rasulzade streets.
