The work of the Ukrainian negotiation group will be adjusted in response to the massive strikes carried out against the country's energy infrastructure.
According to Operative Information Center-OMM, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared this update on his Telegram channel. He stated that "following today's shelling, the work of our negotiation group will be adjusted accordingly."
Zelenskyy noted that the Russian Armed Forces launched targeted strikes against Ukraine's energy facilities, utilizing numerous ballistic missiles, as well as cruise missiles and strike drones during the offensive. The attacks have caused significant disruptions to the power grid, necessitating a shift in the diplomatic approach regarding potential ceasefire or peace discussions.
