On July 7, the Absheron Peninsula is expected to experience moderate north-westerly winds, which may intermittently strengthen in certain areas of the peninsula during the day. This weather pattern is typical for the region during the height of the summer season, influencing local maritime conditions.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the National Hydrometeorology Service, the sea water temperature will vary across the coast. In the northern beaches—including Sumgait, Novkhani, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgah, and Zagulba—the water temperature is forecast to be between 23-24 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the southern beaches, such as Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, and Shikh, will see slightly warmer waters, reaching 25 degrees Celsius.

The Absheron Peninsula, which encompasses the capital city of Baku and the industrial hub of Sumgait, serves as the primary recreational destination for residents and tourists during the summer months. The National Hydrometeorology Service regularly monitors these coastal conditions to ensure public safety and provide accurate data for beachgoers, as the Caspian Sea's temperature and wind patterns are critical factors for swimming conditions in Azerbaijan.
