A theft occurred at a retail store located in the Narimanov district of Baku. Following investigative measures conducted by local police, 28-year-old F. Aliyev, who has a prior criminal record, was apprehended on suspicion of committing the robbery.
According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the suspect entered the store posing as a customer. Taking advantage of the seller's distraction, he allegedly stole items, causing approximately 1,500 manats in material damage to the business.
