A new deputy chairman has been appointed to the Management Board of the Nakhchivan Highway State Agency.
According to Operative Information Center-OMM, pursuant to a decree issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on August 4, Mammadnaghi Akbarov has been appointed as the deputy chairman of the Management Board of the Nakhchivan Highway State Agency, a public legal entity.
It should be noted that Mammadnaghi Akbarov previously served as the head of the State Financial Control Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an exclave of Azerbaijan, has been undergoing a series of administrative and structural reforms in recent years to enhance the efficiency of its state institutions. These personnel changes are part of a broader effort by the government of Azerbaijan to modernize public administration and ensure transparency across all regional state agencies.
