At least 380 people have been killed in Lebanon due to Israeli strikes since a ceasefire was announced on April 17, according to data from the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

The Operative Information Center-OMM, citing AFP, reported that the casualties include 22 children and 39 women. Since the escalation of hostilities on March 2, the total death toll in the region has reached approximately 2,900. Under the terms of the ceasefire agreement supported by the administration of US President Donald Trump, Israel maintains the right to conduct military operations to prevent "planned, imminent, or ongoing attacks."

The ongoing conflict has drawn significant international concern regarding the stability of the Middle East. Despite the diplomatic efforts led by Washington to secure a lasting truce, military activity persists near the border regions. Israeli forces continue to operate behind the designated "yellow line," located roughly 10 kilometers north of the border, as part of their stated security objectives. This situation highlights the fragile nature of regional agreements and the complexities of maintaining peace in the current geopolitical landscape.
