The interview stage of the recertification process for educators has officially commenced in Azerbaijan.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education.
According to the agency, details regarding the specific dates and locations for the interviews have been sent directly to the personal accounts of the participating teachers. Candidates are advised to log into their personal portals to review their scheduled information.
The interview phase is scheduled to begin on September 3. This process is a critical component of the national education reform strategy aimed at enhancing teaching standards across the country. Teachers who successfully pass the test examination and the subsequent interview stage are eligible for salary increases: those who achieve the passing score will receive a 10 percent salary supplement, while those who score 51 points or higher will be entitled to a 35 percent increase. Participants are required to attend the interviews at the designated times and locations specified in their personal accounts.
Recertification is part of a broader initiative by the Ministry of Science and Education to ensure that teaching staff possess the necessary pedagogical skills and subject knowledge to meet modern educational requirements in Azerbaijan.
