The "Bridge Maintenance and Repair Enterprise" LLC, a subsidiary of the State Agency for Automobile Roads of Azerbaijan, has officially announced its liquidation.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cites the "Vergilər" newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, the entity is currently undergoing formal dissolution procedures.
Creditors are advised to submit their claims within two months to the following address: 31st Quarter, Production Base, Khirdalan city, Absheron district.
The "Bridge Maintenance and Repair Enterprise" was originally established in 2006 with a charter capital of 20 AZN. This move is part of broader ongoing efforts to optimize the administrative and operational structures of state-owned enterprises in Azerbaijan, aimed at increasing efficiency in the management of the country's transport infrastructure.
