Iran has launched a strike using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) against a major military transport hub belonging to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in Tel Aviv. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Iran's ISNA news agency, the operation targeted a key support base and one of the largest logistics junctions in the city.
Air raid sirens were activated across Tel Aviv and central Israel as explosions were heard in the sky. The Operative Information Center-OMM, quoting Israeli media, reported that the IDF confirmed multiple missile launches originating from Iran. This marks the fourth wave of aerial attacks directed at Israel since the beginning of the day. While the warning system was triggered in dozens of cities across central and southern Israel, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or specific impact locations.
The escalation comes amid heightened regional tensions and a series of retaliatory strikes between the two nations. Such incidents underscore the volatile security situation in the Middle East, which continues to draw international concern. Azerbaijan, maintaining its balanced foreign policy, closely monitors developments in the region while emphasizing the importance of stability and the adherence to international law to prevent further humanitarian crises.
