The United States administration is considering the organization of an international meeting aimed at supporting the reconstruction of Gaza. US President Donald Trump's administration is leading the initiative to coordinate global efforts for the region's recovery.

According to Operative Information Center-OMM, citing reports from Axios, the White House plans to organize the first leaders' meeting within the framework of the "Peace Council" on February 19. The gathering is intended to function as a donor conference, focusing on the mobilization of financial resources necessary for the extensive rebuilding of Gaza's infrastructure and residential areas.

The proposed conference comes at a critical time as international stakeholders seek sustainable solutions for regional stability. Such donor conferences typically involve high-level representatives from the United Nations, the European Union, and various Middle Eastern nations to ensure a multilateral approach to humanitarian aid and urban development. While the plans are currently in the preliminary stages, the White House continues to refine the format and participant list to maximize the impact of the recovery efforts.
